     金玻低辐射镀膜玻璃(又称LOW-E玻璃),就是在玻璃原片镀上多层金属或金属氧化膜,其中一层或两层以Ag为主的特殊膜层,可有效降低太阳能吸收或控制能量损失,使玻璃的传热系数大辐度降低,它可以将白玻所传递热量尤其是远红外辐射的50%-80%阻隔反射掉,同时允许全部或部分可见光通过的镀膜玻璃,用LOW-E镀膜玻璃加工的中空玻璃不仅有良好的节能隔热效果,而且有良好的采光隔声性能,优于常规中空玻璃,可达到STC级别的37水平,也可以高效屏蔽紫外线;可以屏蔽85%-99.5%的紫外线,在极大程度上减小强紫外线直射对人或装饰物带来各种危害。对植物有保护作用;在有效遮挡致使植物枯萎的阳光成分,同时还允许促进植物生长的可见光入室。

金玻公司专业生产的低辐射LOW-E镀膜系列是在从拥有世界最先进镀膜设备与技术的美国BOC集团全套引进的磁控溅射镀膜设备上生产的。独有的(c-mag)技术在高效的同时使生产的产品不仅具有极为优良的节能性,大幅度降低冷暖空调及照明电力等建筑能耗费用支出,还具有多种颜色的装饰性及极高的通透性,同时保证环境良好舒适度等效果。

Low-E coated glass (also called low-E glass) is made by coating multi-layer of metal oxide films onto the original glass sheet, of which one of two layers are special the absorption of solar energy or control the energy loss in order to largely lower the heat tansfer coefficent, and can elinminate 50%-80% heat transferred by clear glass,especially the far infrared radiation; meanwhile, it permits the all or part of visible light to pass the coated glass. The insulating glass, made by Low-E coated glass ,is not only provided with sound energy-saving heat-insulating effects, good sound-insulating performance, superior than ordinary insulating glass,which can reach to level 37 of STC class, but aslo able to screen 85%-99.5% of ultraviolet radiation, to reduce various harms caused by the direct exposure to strong ultraviolet radiation. Furthermore, it can protect the the plants effectively by preventing the sun light which may blast the plants ; however, it allows the passing of visible light to improve the plant growth.

   The low-E coated glass series supplied by Goldglass Company are manufactured on magnetic control coating equipment whollu imported from American BOC Group which has the best coating equipment and technology in China. Its unique c-mag technology can not only provide sound energy-sacing performance for the products, but also largely reduce the expenses on energy on energy consumotion for air conditioners and illuminaation.
